Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Reopen case
Can I reopen a case that is 10 years old. I have 2 felonies, 1) Grand Theft Auto,B&E, Recieving Stolen Property all ran together giving me A Felony 3. 2) Escape from a half way house felony 4. Can I exspunge the escape and then reopen my case on theft auto felony 3 to see if they could bring it down to like a misterminor and have time served?

Only if you show some new evidence to the court that you were not guilty after all.
