Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I want a restraining order on someone but dont want to go to court. I just need the person to stop bothering me. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, to obtain a civil protection order, you will have to file in court and attend a hearing, likely two, before a judge.
