Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Robbing Elderly
My father has been living in his home with my brother & sister-in-law for the last 2 yrs. Recently we learned that my sister in law has been forging checks and cleaned out his acct of over $40,000.00 and maxed out his charge also. My father who has dementia refuses to press charges. She is using the money for drugs etc. What can his other siblings do about this?
