Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My roommate and I got into a fight, and he punched me and I threatened to beat him with a broom. He got scared and left, but called the police. The cops interviewed both of us, but no one was arrested, no charges were filed and nothing happened. Does that mean my record is clean?
