Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
sending letters
My sister in law thinks that my husband and i are sending threating letters to her in the mail. We are not doing this is.. I even got a letter form the municipal court to go and talk to the prosecuter. Do i need a lawer? and how can I prove that we didnt send these letters.

Definitely speak with the prosecutor, but remember that it is the state that has to prove that you sent these letters, (which is the pros.). You don't have to prove your innocence, they have to prove your guilt - they have to connect the letter to you.
