How many years can a minor get for a murder charge? He was not alone in this crime and I feel that he shouldn't face the penalty alone.

Re: Sentencing
If his case was not bound over to the adult court, he can be held until he is twenty-one years old. Depending on the circumstances, he may wish to appeal. Feel free to call me to discuss further.
