seperation of fiancee's
does a probation officer have the right to keep my fiancee from living with me? i have no criminal record. she says i'm a bad influence but i have nothing against me. my record is clean.i believe this to be against my civil rights also.it is our belief that we should be married.

The only thing you could do is file a motion and take it up with the sentencing Judge.
