What is the punishment for sexually assaulting my 5 year old daughter? What is the punishment for lieing on the stand?

"Sexual assault" can include many acts. If the acts include even the slightest penetration of the anus or vagina, or insertion of any portion of the penis into the mouth, then the charge would be rape. Rape of a child under 13 is punishable by a term of imprisonment for life, without parole.
Perjury is committed when someone testifies falsely. Perjury is punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
