Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
One sided
I was found guilty in a trial where I allegedly called someone a vulgar name, the plaintiff had no evidence. I however, had a witness who was with me at the time and stated that I had said nothing.
Recently, a friend of the original plaintiff, was driving by and yelled a vulgarity at me. We have it on tape with video and audio thanks to our security cameras.
When presenting this to the prosecutor he informed us there is nothing he can do and that he can not find anything criminal.
What makes the case I was prosecuted for criminal and a case where I have evidence not criminal?
What can I do?

I'm not sure how you could be found guilty for allegedly calling someone a vulgar name. Did you have a lawyer? Did you file an appeal?
