Similar Cases, Different Sentences

Is there a law that states if two or more people are involved in a crime that they all should have the same sentence?

The cases may be similar, but not exactly the same. The Court has to look to culpability as well as prior record. Therefore, the law basically says that each sentence must be determined independently of the remaining defendants
