Sister uses social security number when arrested
My sister was arrested for DUI 2x's in less than 10 months, using my social security number. Is there legally anything I can do.......law enforcement, her??????I would like to know any options I may have.

I would talk to the local prosecutor and try to get your name cleared. The other option is to contact the police to state that someone else stole your identity. They should have a fingerprint of the person who plead and when it is compared to yours, the mistake should be cleared up.
