Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Is there anything that can be done?
My sister, was sentenced 24 years in the Marysville Prison in Ohio.
However, most of their evidence was by ''hear-say'' and there were other cercumstances that if brought up could bring her less years. My question is...can this case be brought up once again? I truely believe that if one would read throught it and study it ...that she would be found with much less years than was given to her.

The only way that anyone can know the answer to your question is if you provide for the transripts of the trial. This is just too important without knowing all the facts. If you feel so strongly, get the transcripts and pay an attorney to review the record.
