Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
slapping someones face
A froend of mine is charged with felonious assault for a fight. Prior to the fight, I lightly slapped someone in the face. I was not arrested, but the whole thing is on camera. Can I still be charged with for the slap? Is so, what are the legal ramifications?

Yes. You can be charged. It would probably be an assault.... first degree misdemeanor.
