Re: Son charged with burglary
I talked with your lawyer earlier today. Our conversation was brief, and he had already made up his mind before calling me. I believe what you are looking for is an excellent criminal lawyer. I can respond to this with two statements. First , the best trial lawyers are heavily endowed with the two B's. Balls and Brains, and not necessarily in that order. Second (or maybe first) you want a winner. I can honestly tell you that over the last two years I have a 70% win rate in criminal trials. Maybe that is not good enough for you, but if it is, call me and leave a message that you wish to retain me. The fee will be $4000.00 (a one time charge). If you agree to that, I will appear in Judge Hoovers Court on Monday.
Sincerely, Edward DiCato
Re: Son charged with burglary
I have been practing criminal law in the Akron area for the last 18 years. I am available to take your sons case, if you wish. Burglary can be a serious charge, depending on the circumstances of the charge. I would need more information. If you want me to appear on Monday, I would need to talk to you today. I don't have Court today and will be available at my phone. Best regards, Edward DiCato
