Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My son was sent to CRC on a 6 month po violation. He has already served 90 days on this in the county. He has only been given credit for 8 days. How do I get the rest credited. The judge acknowledged the time served in court and even suggested he would get more than his attorney was requesting. Help!
