should son take deal or ask for trial
18 year old son is being told to take deal of 15 years for drive by shooting, 2 injured not fatal, used stolen gun, gun found. Defense attorney said take it or you'll piss off the judge. One of the victims, his parents are depuity sherriffs?

How strong is the state's case? Apparently, his attorney thinks it's strong enough to sustain a conviction.
