Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
my son
My son had a girlfriend who got a letter the dea was investigating her,to come in for questioning. After 3 visits they told her she was going to spend 3 years in prison, so then it became to said my son hit her with a baseball bat five times, now he is arrested and being charged with felonies assualt of f2 two counts which never happened. how do you protect your innocence when a women gets scared and then to say herself, she made alligations on me, because the police said someone was going to be charged. I have spent 7 months in jail now i am innocent.i should have rights, just because a woman says what ever she is right. I want help. and answers
