Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My son is incarcerated, requested an attorney 4 mos. ago and has not heard anything. Do I need to get him an attorney? This is for judicial release.

Defendants don't get free attorneys when it comes to judicial release. You have to hire one.
