Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

my son has been put in jail by his wife for domestic violence. According to her myspace , she has been planning this for some time. she has also filed these charges against her two previous husbands, and my sons ex-wife. She basically invokes an argument, then wreckes the house and calls the police. My son has been in jail awaiting a hearing for 3 weeks now. She is now accusing, on facebook, that myself and ex-daughter-in-law have cut her brake line and damaged her transmission of her car. I had no contact with this woman when she was married to my son, nor do I now. I go the the city, which is 30 miles away, every Thurs. for visitation. My fear is that she will try to accuse me of damaging her car or herself while I am in that town. Should I file a restraining order against her for my own protection?

It's called a civil protection order and you can do it yourself at the municpal court. However, there will be a hearing scheduled soon thereafter to determine of a civil protection order is warranted.
