Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My son will have a court date soon.we have planned to go on vacation and everything is paid for.his crime is tagging. I'm afraid the the court date will be during our vacation.could i get it postponed.

In Ohio, so long as you don't ask for too many continuances, the Courts will generally grant you one or two for a vacation.
