status of limition
about 13years ago i pleady guilty to shoplifting i was ordered to go to a class for shopplifting i never went.can i still be in any trouble or is there a status of limition

The statute of limitations protection is not available for defendants who have pled guilty and failed to comply with all conditions of their sentences.
There may be a warrant for your arrest issued by the municipal court where you plead guilty.

Technically, you are in violation of a court order. It doesn't matter how long its been, you are still violating the order. In my opinion, you are probably the only one that knows this. However, that doesn't make it right.
