statute of limitation on probation violationI
I would like to know if Ohio has a statute of limitation on misdemeanor probation violation if so how long is it and what things are considered with it.

Generally, yes, most crimes are subject to statutes of limitation. However, if you have already been charged with a probation violation, then the statute of limitiations is not an issue, but your speedy trial rights may be. Also, if you are no longer on probation, as a practical matter, it is doubtful that you would be charged with a violation.
