Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Statute of limitations
I was divorced in Ohio, and was supposed to pay child support but I was in TX and had no idea. Now 20 yrs later my ex is in Arizona and has SRS fileing against me for back support while now I live in Kansas. This is the first time in 20 yrs that I have heard from her in any way. What is the statue of limitations for the paying of back support?
