What is the definition of statutory rape in Ohio? Is there anything about the age difference between the two people?

It is illegal if one of the actors is not yet 16. The penalty rises for a person if the older person is more than 7 years older. If the youngest person is at least 16, then there is no felony, but some cities have their own misdemeanors which make it a crime to have sexual contact with someone under 18. Those crimes are misdemeanors.
