if i get a Subpoena to court to testify do i have to go? do i have to testify against me will?

A subpoena is a court order that you attend and give testimony and you appear if you are properly served with a subpoena.

Once you appear, whether you testify may depend on what questions are being asked of you. You cannot be compelled to answer questions if the answer to those questions would be used to convict you of a crime.
