Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I need to subpoena video and audio footage from an officers car. Once the subpoena is presented to the judge how long do they have to submit it in the state of ohio? Also could you you tell me what ORC codes pertain to this. Thanks invadvance.

Once you make a Discovery request to the state, they have 28 days to respond. This right comes from Criminal Rule 16. Make sure you serve it correctly and make copies. Also make sure they've received it in writing. If you simply ask the prosecutor in writing to provide it they will. You won't need a subpoena if you do it that way.
