what kind of technics do lawyers use to win a case?

It would help to know why you are asking this question. Do you have a case? Do you already have an attorney and you want to know if the attorney is doing a good job? Are you a student? The short answer is that most attorneys will look at a particular case, look at all of the legal, and ethical options available for the client, discuss these with the client and then do the best that they can. What can be done and what "technics (sp)" to use depend on the individual case.
