Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Teen theft record in usma database
My son was charged with shoplifting when he was 16. Now he is almost 18 and was denied employment because there is a record about it in USMA Theft Database. Is legal to keep and disclose criminal records of teenagers by USMA? What do we do now?
Thank you.
