telecommunications harassment
i understand that telecommunications harassment is a first degree misdemeanor. what is the penalty for such a crime if found guilty?

The penalty for a misdemeanor of the first degree is up to six months in jail and up to a $1,000.00 fine. The Court has descretion ot give as much of either jail or fines as the Court deems appropriate.
