Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Telephone Harassment
I have been receving phone calls for over a year from a female friend of my current boyfriend. I have filed charges on her serveral times with my local police department and when had to appear in court. She agreed to end the calls, however they still continue. Is it possible for me to obtain a restraining order? Can I have her arrested and put in jail?

Re: Telephone Harassment
You can have her arrested for telephone harassment, but you first need to have a trap put on your phone in order to track who calls you. Contact the local phone company if you are getting harassing phone calls.
