Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
telephone harrassment
my son was charged and went to court for harassment to a police officer and got 60 days in detention facility. i wish to appeal decision feel unjust since other boy involved that threatened officer only got 10 day. how do you proceed with the appeal process.

Appealing a criminal conviction in Ohio is a very technical matter and the Rules of Appellate Procedure must be strictly adhered to. Here's a link to such rules, hopefully the system does not remove it: http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/LegalResources/Rules/appellate/AppellateProcedure.pdf
