testing positive for cocaine

at my pre sentensing investigation for domestic violence, they gave me a drug test. i tested positive for cocaine. the lady told me it was a felony to have cocaine in my system and they may charge me for it and they may not. I was wondering if it really is a felony to have cocaine in your system.
