Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
id theft
my cousin said i used her ss number to put an electric bill in her name and there is a bill for $609. I told her i didnt do it but I would pay for the bill, the bill is now $509 and she went to the police. Now im being charged with id theft and I dont know what to do.

If you have been offically charged, you will need an attorney (i.e. have either been booked by police w/summons or been served an indictment).
