Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Theft
A friend was working and allowed another through line without being charged, never was arrested but fired and months went by and is being charged of 2 f5. nothing prior on record and needs to have a clean record for job is there a way to do that and will this show up on a bci report?

Could be tough to keep of the record unless your friend qualifies for a diversion program or intervention in lieu of conviction. However, many counties do not have diversion programs, and even if they do, theft might not be a proper diversion offense.
