Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
theft of property
My friend bought a car...It came with rims on it. One of the rims was messed up but was under warranty, so trusting the guy because he is his neighbors friend he gave the rims to the guy to ship out back to the place he originally bought it from. But what my friend didn't know is the guy plans on keeping them. Since the guy he bought the rims has the receipt is my friend out of luck or can he press charges? Plz let me know we r talking about $2700 rims and tires.
