Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Theft
I was recently arrested for stealing a case of beer from a gas station. They told me I was charged with prohibition under the age of 21. This is my third offense, the first was public intox, and the second was illegal use of property. If I plead guily what kind of punishment am I looking at considering I am currently a full time college student with excellent grades.

Re: Theft
You may be considered a repeat offender and be given a jail sentence...or more likey 2 years of probation - you need an attorney to avoid that conviction altogether...he needs to work some kind of program for you.
