How much time does federal conspiracy hold and it 2 ounces at the most

I assume that you are talking about a federal drug conspiracy. The answer depends on the drug involved. 2 ounces of heroin, for example, carries a higher possible punishment than 2 ounces of cocaine, which carries a higher possible punishment than 2 ounces of marijuana.
Federal Court cases are not something that you should ever consider doing on your own. I would strongly recommend that you retain an experienced criminal defense attorney who is familiar with federal court cases. If you cannot afford an attorney, ask that the public defender be appointed.
