Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If im a first time offender of felonious assault F2 and tampering with evidence F3 and i go in front of a jury what will happen?

If there is good evidence that you commited those crimes, then you'll likely be convicted. If you didn't commit those crimes and the evidence isn't great, then maybe you have a chance of not being convicted. If you are a first time offender and commited those felonies, then try to cut a deal if the prosecutor is willing. And in all the above situations, hire an attorney so that your rights are protected.
