Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Is there a time or a reason when/why a person can be found guilty of a crime even though his/her rights were somehow violated? Can the "common good" or "public safety" be the reason for disregarding a violation of an individual's rights provided by our criminal justice system?
