Time served?
my son was recently sentenced to 30 days in the workhouse. He had been taken into custody on Saturday morning and not released until Monday afternoon. Are these days considered time served?

Re: Time served?
The journal entry of the case should reflect his days already served, and if it doesn't you can make a motion for the judge to have those count against that time.

Re: Time served?
The judge's order should state whether the 3 days are counted as time served. If it was not brought to his attention, you can do so and request the time served to be reduced from his sentence.
