Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

trafficking

I have charges pending for agg. trafficking of an illegal substance, specifically marijuana. I am a 17 year old student with no criminal history. I was caught with a scale and one bag of marijuana. The police found another bag that did not belong to me but one of my friends that i was with. They are saying that both of the bags are mine. What am i facing as a sentence?

There is not enough information here to answer the question. From the sound of it, the larger bag may be sufficient quantity to make this a felony offense. Because you are not yet 18, there is a question about whether this will be resolved in juvenile court or adult court. You need to see an attorney for this case.
