Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Transcripts
Is it legal to have an appeal hearing without the transcripts? When my husband was on trial the court recorder was stoned. And was later fired. When i tried to get a copy of the transcripts they kept saying they were not ready. This has been a year. What happens if there never was any transcripts

Without the transcripts you will lose the appeal. No lawyer goes forward without them.
