Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
traveling felons
I lead student travel groups to destinations outside the USA. One of the potential student travelers (age 18) was recently arrested for felonious assault and was released on bond. If his court case is not settled (in his favor) before we leave on a trip to New Zealand and Australia, are there any restrictions on him for traveling outside the US under his circumstances?

Re: traveling felons
That is something that is determined by the court, usually they don't want anyone to leave the state, but that can be modified under the circumstances.
