unborn child endagerment
does a father have any rights if the mother is purposly harming their unborn child by not eating and smoking?

You might be able to file a report with your local children's services agency that you are worried about the effect the mother's actions are having on the unborn child. Whether they would act upon the report or anything might come of it is uncertain. Your best hope would be for children's services to investigate your complaint and determine the mother's actions were abusive. At that point children's services would decide what course of action to take against the mother to protect the unborn child.
Unfortunately I don't think there is much else you as the father can do outside of trying to convince the mother to change her ways for the sake of your child.
