underage dating
I am seventeen and my boyfriend is getting ready to turn eighteen but we aren't even a year apart. Is it illegal for him to date me?

It is not illegal in Ohio for an 18 year old to date a 17 year old. However, it could be illegal for the 18 year old to engage in sexual contact or sexual conduct with the 17 year old.
