Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Unlawfulsexual misconduct with a minor( he was chrged seven yrs ago and convicted) robbery, recieving stolen property, telecommunicatons harassment, drug traffic chrges, having criminal tools.....how much time do yhese charges carry?

It depends on the age of the minor, but it will likely be charged as a felony 2, which carries a maximum sentence of 8 years. The robbery also is a felony 2 with a maximum 8 year sentence. all the other charges carry anywhere from 6 months to 18 months if they are felony 4's and 5's.
If all sentences were run concurrent, he's looking at 8 years. If the sentences were run consecutively, he could do 16+ years in prison.
