In Ohio, there is no "usual" time. Different judges treat things differently, depending upon the severity of the underlying offense, the nature of the violation, and whether the violation was intentional, merely neglect, or a good faith mistake resulting from confusion. You should hire an attorney, or get the public defender on the case to make sure that you are represented since jail time is a possibility.
