The possible implications of pleading guilty or no contest to one count of (a.)felonious vandalism, or (b.) misdemeanor vandalism.

First of all, a plea to a felony follows you possibly forever in that you have to reveal felonies on job applications and you can not vote or have a gun. I do not beleive that there is a crime known as "misdemeanor vandalism". I beleive that it is called criminal damaging. In any event, the Court will want restitution and/or the damages repaired.
