Can sons or daughters testify against their parent?

Yes. The only question is whether the son or daughter is old enough to understand the difference between the truth and a lie --- generally age 10 or older.

Yes as long as they are considered competent by the court. It's more likely to be let in if it's juvenile court. Of course, they can only testify to things they know directly. Feel free to call me directly if you need. 216.952.1990
