waiver of rights
If i sign a waiver of my rights to a plimnary hearing will my case go to a jury trial automatically, or does it depend on the evidence. thanks.

No. By waiving the preliminary hearing the case went to the grand jury to determine what if any charges you will face. If the grand jury indicts based on the evidence, you will have another arraignment in felony court and then a pre-trial in the Common Pleas Court to set up trial. At the pre-trial or shortly thereafter in writing you may demand a jury trial.
